We are kindly asking you to respect the house rules and guidelines and wish you a great holiday in our Casa Aurora. Please do not hesitate to contact us on +351 969 353 270 if you have any questions.
Smoking is prohibited in the house. Casa Aurora is a non-smoking holiday home. Smoking is of course permitted in the garden and outside the house. (Please extinguish cigarette stumbs and throw them in the rubbish). There is an extremely high risk of forest fires throughout the Algarve, so we ask you to take care not to carelessly throw away cigarette butts outside the property.
Use of the pool is at your own risk. Children are not allowed to use the pool unsupervised. The pool will be maintain once a week. Do not be alarmed if a person is on the property and cleans the pool.
From 10 p.m. we ask you to reduce the volume so as not to disturb the surrounding neighbours.
For reasons of hygiene, we ask you to dispose of your rubbish regularly during your stay and not to store it in the garden. There is no rubbish collection service in Vale da Telha that visits every house. A large number of rubbish collection points are available. The nearest collection point is to the left of the house at the crossroads.
The house must be left in a tidy condition and rubbish disposed of before departure. Otherwise we will have to charge increased final cleaning costs, depending on the effort involved.
As the coast is very close, the humidity is sometimes very high. Care should be taken to ensure that the air in the house can circulate.
We recommend never keeping the doors permanently closed and always tilting the windows. This allows the house to ‘breathe’ despite the high humidity.
If furnishings or parts of the house are damaged, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can procure replacements as quickly as possible and agree on the settlement of the damage.
